TOUR OUTFIT ROUND-UP

As I've mentioned in previous posts, Michael and I just finished the first leg of touring with our friends Pentatonix. It's been such an incredible month full of emotions, learning and lack of sleep...but it's been so worth it! We had such a wonderful time performing and meeting new people. It's a blessing to be surrounded by so many humans that are passionate about what they do...and on top of that, they are all super cool! We've grown so close to the band and crew. They are such a joy to be around.

Starting today, we have a week off, then it's off to Europe! Following Europe, is our own headline tour called "Just Love" (tickets on sale now!) to promote our new album coming out in July. Then we hop back on tour with PTX in the fall. Phew! It's going to be one helluva journey and we cannot wait...tour life has only just begun!

There was a nice trend in wardrobe that I loved, mixing masculine and feminine, edgy, sexy and classy. Here is a round-up of all my show looks from this month:

                                                                      &nbs…

I like to call this outfit my "bad-ass look". There's something about it when I put it on that made me want to go box or something. haha. I wore a low-cut halter bodysuit from American Apparel with a long y-necklace, Topshop pants and these strappy Sartore heels. To top off the look, I had Nicole give me some edgy braids to match.

This look was another fun rebellious look. I wore a mesh bodysuit from Missguided with a bralette under, some pinstriped culotte pants from Zara and some black booties. One of the key pieces to complete this look was the star-studded choker. I wanted to switch my hair up and let the mesh suit shine, so I pulled my hair back in to a sleek ponytail.

This one was my favorite get-up by far. I call this my "RiRi look" because she is the queen of mixing masculinity into her looks while still keeping it sexy. The blazer is thrifted (boy's section SCORE! lol), trousers are from Topshop and the bralette is from Nordstrom. I layered on some gold jewelry and shiny gold heels that peeked out as I walked the stage. To give the outfit an effortless touch, I gave my locks some messy waves. I had so much fun performing in this one!

Recycle, Reuse! I'm all about making the most out of outfits, so I brought this jumpsuit that I wore for my birthday this year on tour with me. Michael and I actually both wore jumpsuits on the same night which was cool. (His had a cool military vibe to it!) Keeping this look simple, I spiced it up with some fun leopard print booties.

Another favorite of mine is this bomber look. It gives me lots of grungy rock feels. I wore this Native Stranger jacket, ripped Topshop jeans, a bralette and some statement shoes and jewels. The black and silver from the jacket tied in the jewelery nicely. My hair in this photo is what really made the look. I took out the braids I wore from the night before and let my hair be wild and free. If only my hair could always look like this!
